FSF’s mission is to lead people to know that they don’t need to settle or compromise because of age.

From a business perspective, the podcast aims at increasing Justin’s personal brand awareness and generate leads for his coaching business

Before partnering with GHA Marketing, Justin had two BIG challenges with his podcast. 

The first one was that the podcast was taking waaaayyyy too much time to take care of, whilst being a full time owner of a successful fitness coaching business. Leading him to not always optimise for podcast growth and barely keeping up with publishing the episodes on time, let alone marketing it and testing new ideas. 

The second one was – lead generation -. Which is one of the main goal of his podcast: start conversations, put the podcast content in front of potential clients, and grow his personal brand so more people engage and hire him.

Justin needed help setting up a proper lead funnel system in place, grow the podcast to its true potential and actually get the podcast off his hands so he could focus on taking care of what he does best: coach fitness clients. 

The first thing GHA Marketing did was to sit down with Justin to understand his primary and secondary objectives with the podcast and his business, to design a personalized roadmap of how we were going to achieve those objectives. 

GHA Marketing then started to implement the Podcast Funnel they have developed to make sure that anybody consuming a piece of content from the podcast (whether the episode itself, or repurposed content) would be prompted toward becoming a lead eventually. 

Then, GHA Marketing advised on how to actually position the content of the podcast to attract Justin’s ideal client, whilst setting up all the channels (podcast, video, social media, website) to optimize for discocery. 

Finally, GHA Marketing assisted with all the post-production efforts of the podcast, leaving Justin (much) more room and time to focus on his clients and conversations with prospects. 

Justin got to get much more conversations with leads, whilst getting a podcast reaching x19.65 more people. The podcast went from a total of 2,443 to 48,007 views and downloads, in just 3 months!
